3. Continue to research your career and complete all the questions/topics on outline

Today in class, we will:

1. Meet in the library lab
2. Complete the Career Cruising Activities and turn in TO MS. PETTY the neat/legible/"not chicken scratch" list of the three top careers listed after you have completed all 116 questions in Matchmaker; the three top ranked careers after you have completed all 45 questions in My Skills; and the percentages of the learning styles.
3. Complete as much as possible as "Build My Resumé"
4. Post to Padlet your career with an appropriate image that reflects your career
5. Start researching your career. Use the template I provided to record your research and the sources used.  Sources must be documented or you will received an F on the research outline and project.
6. You will need at least 5 different sources of research.
7. Rough Draft of Outline is due 2/2/17.
8. HW: Bring a device all next week; Outline due 2/2/17; Career Cruising and Padlet due today

  • My Skills
  • Learning Styles
4. Turn in a list that includes your top 3 results in each category/assessment
5. Start the Resume builder and complete as much of the information as possible
6. Choose a career to research and start the research.... you need to take notes on where you find the information.  There is a link to a document to help you document your research.
7.  Once you have chosen a career,  you will need to complete the Padlet assignment by end of class  Thursday.
