Okay, so with six more days, we are wrapping things up. Things to tackle: 1. Spring Exam Study Guide (see below and distributed in class) 2. Genius Hour Project-- (presentation, mandatory reflection) 3. Turn in textbooks and novel to library 4. Last day to turn in extra credit is Monday, June 2nd.

Opening Thought... Today, 1. Students are submitting to the tray any missing or now-completed Reading Logs. 2. Students will continue watching the movie adaptation of the novel....looking for significant differences between the novel and movie. These differences will need to be explained at a later date via an in-class essay.
Opening Thought.... This week, due to illness, we have had silent/independent work days... Monday, May 12: Early out...Read/finish novel (chapters 95-100) and work on Reading Logs Tuesday, May 13: Continue finishing up. Wednesday, May 14: Working with a partner (if desired), complete a plot chart for the entire novel. Due at end of class Friday.
